Are mobile phones and laptops allowed?
Yes, but only in your private suite. To maintain a peaceful environment, devices should not be used in public areas. Signal is poor while moving.

Are dietary needs accommodated?
Yes—please list any dietary requirements on the Reservation Form. Chefs will do their best to accommodate requests. Meals requiring strict religious preparation may not be available without prior notice.
Long journeys (more than 2 nights) are not recommended for under 13 yr old children.
Children between 0-2 years old are not permitted to travel. There are no child-minding facilities or activities available for children on board.
Tips are optional. If you'd like to show appreciation, place the gratuity in the envelope provided in your suite and give it to the Train Manager. It will be fairly shared among the staff.
